In this fast-paced venue, you will drive positive workplace culture, mentor diverse teams, manage labour and costs, and work closely with ownership to deliver memorable guest experiences for a loyal local community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a high-volume pub, hotel, tavern, or hospitality venue.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse hospitality teams.
• Strong understanding of venue financials, labour management, and cost control.
• Sound knowledge of liquor licensing, and compliance requirements.
• A positive, hands-on leadership style with a passion for customer service and team culture.
