Job summary

SIR. is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to support the day-to-day operation of our Australian and Global ecommerce stores.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years ecommerce experience, with premium fashion experience highly desirable, and a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape. You will bring a commercial mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a premium online customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years ecommerce experience, premium or luxury fashion preferred.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce landscape and CRO strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate day-to-day site updates for AU and global stores.
• Schedule and activate promotions and sales.
• Maintain premium, on-brand website presentation.
• Support CRO initiatives including personalisation and A/B testing.
• Analyse website performance to improve conversion and AOV.
• Collaborate with Brand team for ecommerce photoshoots.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams against trade and marketing calendar.
