BYD Narellan, part of Harmony Auto, is seeking a Business Finance Manager to lead the Finance and Insurance function for a luxury EV dealership in Australia. You will oversee financing options, partner with lenders, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in automotive preferred.
• Strong MSI customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Attention to detail, discretion and professionalism.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Business/Finance/Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financing options, including loans and leases for vehicle purchases.
• Collaborate with financial institutions for favourable terms.
• Prepare and manage budgets for financing and aftermarket departments.
• Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights on financing and aftermarket performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers addressing financing and aftermarket needs.
• Provide feedback to improve team performance and safeguard company interests.
• Maintain F&I training with financiers and prepare finance contracts and policies.
