BYD Narellan, part of Harmony Auto, is seeking a Business Finance Manager to lead the Finance and Insurance team in New South Wales. You will oversee loans and leases, collaborate with lenders, and manage budgets and forecasting for financing and aftermarket operations.

You will build strong customer relationships, drive compliant, tailored finance solutions, and work closely with the sales team to integrate financing into the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• 3+ years as Finance & Insurance Manager in automotive industry.
• Strong focus on MSI - Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail, discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financing options, including loans and leases.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to secure favourable terms.
• Prepare and manage budgets for financing and aftermarket departments.
• Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights on financing performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers for financing needs.
• Collaborate with sales team to integrate financing solutions.
• Develop and implement policies to safeguard company interests.
• Maintain F&I training with financiers.
• Prepare finance contracts, quotes and policies.
• Offer tailored financial solutions end-to-end.
