Harmony Auto is expanding its BYD Noosa EV showroom and seeks a Business Finance Manager to oversee F&I operations. You will manage financing options, partner with banks, and drive profitability across the financing and aftermarket lines.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, risk management, and collaboration with the sales team to integrate financing solutions. A strong background in automotive F&I and leadership in a fast-paced premium retail environment is preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years as Finance & Insurance Manager in automotive industry preferred.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financing options (loans and leases) for vehicle purchases.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to secure favorable terms.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for financing and aftermarket departments.
• Forecast financials to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Generate reports and provide insights on financing/opportunities.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Insurance or related field
