Job summary

Harmony Auto’s BYD Noosa showroom seeks a proactive Business Finance Manager to drive financing and insurance offerings for premium EV buyers. You will partner with banks to secure favourable terms, oversee budgets for financing and aftermarket divisions, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

The role requires automotive F&I experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Finance & Insurance Manager in automotive preferred.
• Strong focus on MSI - Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financing options (loans and leases) to help vehicle purchases.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to secure favorable terms.
• Prepare and manage budgets for financing and aftermarket departments.
