Job summary

Accor Hospitality Services is seeking a Concierge Executive to warmly welcome tenants and visitors, acting as the face of Accor within the building. You will support tenant activation and strive to enhance daily customer experiences in a premium hospitality environment.

Based in Melbourne, you will engage with a diverse client base, adhere to CX training, and contribute to a Heartist culture that prioritizes service excellence and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Strong background in customer/hospitality service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in a customer experience role.
• Passion for people and premium service delivery.
• Candidate must hold a valid National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and assist tenants and visitors in the asset.
• Be the knowledge source on the asset and local precinct for tenants and visitors.
• Provide services that add convenience, exclusivity, community and utility.
• Based in the lobby and roving to engage with tenants and visitors.
• Represent Accor brands and the client in appearance and actions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience from feedback and trends.
• Participate in CX training and adhere to Heartist principles and QA programs.
• Live the Accor values in all interactions.
