Job summary

You will manage contractors, act as the FM face to occupants and ownership, ensure WHS compliance, and oversee budgeting and monthly reporting to keep the asset performing at the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in facilities management of premium/commercial assets.
• Strong contractor management with solid relationships.
• Confident with WHS, compliance, and asset reporting.
• Natural communicator capable of engaging with C-suite and trades.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium CBD commercial asset.
• Manage contractors and service providers, keeping performance and relationships in good shape.
• Be the face of FM for building occupants and ownership, handling issues before they become problems.
• Keep compliance, WHS, and risk management tight.
• Own the financials, including budget management, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
