JRM Hospitality in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead a premier cafe operation within a corporate site. You will drive a premium hospitality experience, mentor a front‑of‑house team and partner with culinary peers to deliver exceptional daily service.

The role offers a Monday to Friday daytime roster with no late nights or weekends, a salary up to $95k plus super, and a supportive environment during a major new venue opening project in the CBD.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cafe Manager within a premium cafe environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Passion for hospitality, coffee and customer service.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead from the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of front‑of‑house professionals.
• Drive customer engagement and create memorable daily experiences.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and venue presentation.
• Build a positive team culture focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with culinary team on product offerings and activations.
• Manage daily operations including ordering, stock control and service delivery.
• Support coffee operations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and venue performance.
