Job summary

Go1 Australia on the Gold Coast is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to drive online performance for a premium homewares and furniture brand. You will lead the eCommerce/CRM strategy, optimize the customer journey and collaborate with leadership on growth priorities.

The role is full-time, office-based on the Gold Coast with one work-from-home day per week, and relocation-friendly for interstate candidates. You will guide a small team and work with a founder-led leadership group.

Qualifications

• Senior eCommerce or digital marketing experience in a brand-led business.
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM, UX, conversion and merchandising.
• Strong commercial instincts with a track record of online revenue growth.
• Experience leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and eCommerce performance across Shopify, site experience, UX, CRO and online merchandising.
• Own the customer journey, CRM and EDM strategy with segmentation and automated flows in Klaviyo.
• Set paid media strategy and provide creative direction with the existing ads agency.
