Job summary

Stamford Grand Adelaide is seeking an energetic, commercially driven Venue/Outlet Manager to lead the Grand Bar. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, delivering premium beverage service, and driving revenue through promotions and events.

A hands-on leader, you will mentor a team of supervisors and F&B attendants to create memorable guest experiences in a high-volume setting. You will work closely with Head Chef, Sales & Marketing, Front Office and wider F&B team to grow revenue,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing a premium bar, hotel bar, pub or high volume hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of premium beverages, wines, spirits, cocktails and bar operations.
• Experience managing busy beverage-focused venues.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate hospitality teams.
• Current RSA and knowledge of liquor licensing legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high performing bar team through coaching and development.
• Oversee daily Grand Bar operations and premium beverage service standards.
• Drive promotions, activations, themed events and entertainment offerings.
• Analyse venue performance and identify revenue opportunities while managing labour costs.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, food safety standards and WHS.
