Job summary

Stamford Grand Adelaide is seeking an energetic F&B Team Leader to drive exceptional service across Grand Bar and banqueting operations. You will lead and develop the team, ensure high standards of presentation and service, and collaborate with Kitchen, Events and Front Office to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You should bring hands-on leadership, strong beverage knowledge, RSA certification, and the ability to manage busy periods while maintaining Stamford standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Bartender, or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Current RSA certification in Australia.
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Flexibility to work seven-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach F&B team members and support onboarding and training.
• Oversee Grand Bar and banqueting operations to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction; respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with Events, Kitchen and other F&B teams to ensure smooth service during functions and events.
• Ensure RSA compliance, food safety, and workplace health and safety standards.
