Job summary

Winning Group is seeking a Product Expert in Sydney to represent premium appliance brands, deliver consultative service and build relationships with homeowners, designers, architects, and industry professionals. You’ll help customers find design-led solutions, achieve sales targets, and support in-store events and VIP activations.

Qualifications

Experience in premium retail or customer service.
Passion for design and home living sectors.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to learn and advise on technical product features.
High standards of professional presentation.
Computer literacy with Google Workspace experience.
Weekend availability in showroom environment.

Responsibilities

Represent premium appliance brands and set benchmarks in style and innovation.
Deliver consultative, premium service to customers.
Build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and industry professionals.
Achieve sales and margin targets while meeting KPIs.
Develop deep product knowledge and stay updated on design and technology.
Support events, live demonstrations, and VIP activations.
Maintain showroom standards and premium presentation.
Complete sales administration from quoting to coordination with service and logistics teams.
