You’ll provide consultative service, build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and industry professionals, and help customers choose premium solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium retail, sales, or customer service.
• Passion for design, innovation, and home living sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in learning and advising on technical product features.
• High standards of professional presentation.
• Computer literacy with Google Workspace experience.
• Availability to work weekends in a showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent premium appliance brands and deliver consultative service.
• Build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and industry professionals.
• Achieve sales and margin targets while meeting KPIs reflecting performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide thoughtful, tailored advice by developing deep product knowledge and staying updated on design and technology.
• Support events, live demonstrations, and VIP activations creating memorable in-store experiences.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure every detail reflects the premium offering.
• Complete sales administration with accuracy from quoting to liaising with service, logistics, and supplier teams.

You’ll have -

• Previous experience in premium retail, sales, or customer service.
• A passion for design, innovation, and the home living sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in learning and advising on technical product features.
• High standards of professional presentation.
• Computer literacy, with Google Workspace experience highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work weekends in a vibrant showroom environment.
