marhaba is part of the dnata Australia group and Emirates worldwide, launching a brand new premium lounge at Western Sydney Airport. This role combines hospitality, beverage service and lounge operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

You’ll be a customer‑focused team player, delivering high standards in a fast‑paced environment. The role offers a dynamic roster, opportunities for growth within a global brand and access to wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food and beverage or customer service.
• High standard of personal hygiene and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and check lounge eligibility using internal systems.
• Maintain clean, organised guest areas and serve food and beverages.
• Prepare specialty coffees and a range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks.
• Set up dining areas and replenish buffet items in coordination with the culinary team.
• Support opening and closing of the lounge.
• Assist with daily ordering and catering preparation as required.
• Follow WHS, HACCP and food safety standards at all times.
• Comply with Marhaba policies and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and service delivery.
