You will welcome international travelers, serve food and beverages, maintain lounge cleanliness, and uphold dnata's service standards while adapting to a rotating roster. This role offers a dynamic team atmosphere with comprehensive training and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have RSA certification or be willing to obtain.
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work rotating roster, including 24/7 availability.
• Able to lift up to 22kg and stand for extended periods.
• High attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist international travelers, ensuring a seamless lounge experience.
• Serve food and beverages, maintain lounge cleanliness and handle inquiries.
• Uphold high standards of customer service in an airport setting.
• Promote and maintain a positive company image through grooming and service.
• Comply with dnata SOPs and policies.
