Job summary

ARB Corporation is seeking a customer-focused expert to drive sales of premium 4x4 accessories. You will convert enquiries into orders, provide exceptional service, and oversee bookings through to completion at our Mackay branch in Australia.

You’ll support fleet and retail customers, coordinate installations, handle data entry and banking, and participate in events such as 4x4 Shows. A permanent role with solid employee discounts and growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in coordination, scheduling, or office support.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Support: Data entry, bookings, daily banking, inventory management, and check workshop output before delivery.
• Support Fleet, Trade & Retail Customers: Liaise with fleet operators, dealerships, trade customers, and retail clients to coordinate accessory installations and deliver service excellence.
• Oversee Job Completion & Deliveries: Track jobs from booking to completion, ensure vehicles are finalised and ready for customer collection.
• Participate in Epic Events: Take part in events like 4x4 Shows and Open Days to showcase ARB products.
