You’ll process orders, manage bookings and inventory, and address inquiries over the counter, by phone, and via email from dealers and trade clients. Training and events are a key part of your growth at ARB.

Formación

• Customer service mindset with ability to build relationships.
• Experience with bookings and order processing is helpful.
• Automotive product knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Manage bookings, inventory, and verify workshop output before delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries over the counter, phone, and email from dealers and trade clients.
• Represent ARB at events like 4x4 Show and Open Days.
