ARB Australia is seeking a customer-focused sales assistant to drive premium 4x4 accessory sales. You will help customers select products, process orders, and ensure smooth jobs from booking to delivery.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and involves hands-on service in a retail environment. You will address inquiries over the counter, phone, and email, supporting auto dealers and trade clients, with opportunities to participate in exciting events like 4x4 shows and open days.

Qualificações

• Experience processing customer orders from entry to invoicing.
• Strong automotive knowledge and interest in 4x4.
• Comfortable using systems for customer databases and bookings.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Perform data entry, manage bookings, inventory checks and prep for delivery.
• Address sales inquiries over the counter, by phone, and by email from customers including dealers and trade clients.
• Participate in events like 4x4 shows and open days to showcase products.
