ARB Australia is seeking a customer-focused specialist to drive sales of premium 4x4 accessories and deliver outstanding service from booking through to completion. You will process orders, track deliveries and invoices, and manage bookings and inventory with accuracy.

You will respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, supporting dealers and trade clients while embracing company events like 4x4 Shows and Open Days to showcase products and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience processing orders from entry to invoicing and delivery tracking.
• Excellent customer follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with over-the-counter, phone, and email inquiries from dealers and trade clients.
