Job summary

Pinter Constructions on the Sunshine Coast seeks a trade-qualified carpenter with 5+ years' experience for high-end residential projects. The role offers progression into a Leading Hand / Site Foreman, working with the Site Supervisor and taking on increasing responsibility on site.

You will deliver premium finishing carpentry, read architectural drawings, coordinate a small crew, and ensure tight tolerances and quality finishes on architect-designed homes.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified carpenter with 5+ years' experience.
• High-end residential and/or apartment fitout experience preferred.
• Formwork and structural carpentry experience highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to work to tight tolerances.
• Confident reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
• Reliable, organised and able to think ahead on site.
• Ambition to progress into a Leading Hand / Site Foreman position.

Responsibilities

• High-quality finishing carpentry on premium residential developments.
• Feature timber ceilings, sauna construction, doors, trims and general fix-out.
• Structural carpentry and formwork on architect-designed residential projects.
• Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and working independently.
• Coordinating a small crew and other trades on site.
• Maintaining tight tolerances, clean junctions and quality finishes.
• Planning ahead on site and taking responsibility for work quality.
