Job summary

AkzoNobel in Sydney's NSW region is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain safety and efficiency, including stock replenishment and documentation.

The role requires forklift experience, attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude, with a strong commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence.
• Experience operating a reach truck and counterbalance forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Self-motivated with a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Desirable: Experience using SAP or similar warehouse systems.
• Desirable: Experience with stock control and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive, unload and put away stock replenishments.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Tint paint products as required.
• Process warehouse documentation including delivery dockets, consignment notes and Dangerous Goods paperwork.
• Maintain accurate stock handling and order processing.
• Undertake cycle counts and assist with stocktakes.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures.
