Job summary

Superior Pak is seeking an experienced Sandblaster to join the Bundaberg manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will prepare truck bodies and components of our waste management equipment for painting, ensuring high-quality surface preparation and adherence to safety standards.

The role offers an 38-hour week (Mon-Thu) with overtime on Fridays, uniform provisions, training opportunities and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Previous blasting experience in automotive or heavy vehicle manufacturing is desirable.
• Comfortable working in a blast room and wearing appropriate PPE.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safety and following standard work procedures.
