Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking an experienced Sandblaster to perform sand blasting on steel components in a dedicated blast room, ensuring surfaces are prepared for finishing. You will operate blasting equipment safely and efficiently while wearing the required PPE.

This role requires attention to detail, an ability to handle heavy components, and a safety-focused mindset. Day shift from 6am, four-day week (Mon-Thu), with overtime penalty rates; cafe and parking on site.

Qualifications

• Previous sandblaster experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Comfortable wearing the blast suit and carry-on equipment.
• Ability to work safely while handling heavy components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, hardworking with a safety-focused attitude.
