Qualifications

• Proven experience in sandblasting and industrial painting. Pressure Pot/Conventional Spray Guns & to Paint Specifications must.
• Attention to detail is essential for quality work and safety compliance.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and clients.
• Highly motivated and skilled technician with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with coating systems and surface preparation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform sandblasting operations to clean and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Apply industrial coatings and paints using spray equipment
• Inspect surfaces and finished work to ensure quality standards.
• Operate and maintain sandblasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
