Programmed GO is seeking Machine Operators to join our client’s production team at their Brooklyn facility. You will operate production machinery safely and efficiently, complete quality checks and support the wider production team.

The role suits someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who values safety, quality and productivity, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Full Australian working rights required and afternoon shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety
• Hands-on, practical problem-solving and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery
• Monitor machine performance during shifts
• Complete quality checks and record results
• Assist with machine changeovers and adjustments
• Support with materials and production workflow
• Identify and report faults, delays or issues to supervision
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace
• Comply with PPE requirements and safety instructions
