Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking experienced Production Workers / Machine Operators for a busy manufacturing environment in Ipswich Suburbs. You will operate and monitor production machinery, assist with setup and changeovers, and ensure quality while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/ production environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic production issues.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Able to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable Transport to and from site.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist with machine set-up, operation, and changeovers.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report machine faults or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targets.
• Assist with training and supporting team members where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workplace efficiencies.
• Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
