Job summary

ARB Corporation Ltd, Australia\'s leading 4x4 accessories manufacturer, is expanding its production team in Melbourne. We are seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to set up and run Trumpf, Darley and Bystronic brakes to form mild steel, stainless and aluminum parts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of press brake experience (Yawei preferred), can read drawings and SOPs, and maintains tight tolerances. Forklift license and WHS/OHS training are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating press machines, particularly Yawei, in fabrication or automotive settings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions (SOPs) and engineering drawings.
• Forklift license and WHS/OHS training (advantageous).
• Team oriented with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape components per drawings.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Maintain tight tolerances (±1mm and ±0.3°) for high-quality output.
• Perform basic maintenance on press brakes.
• Learn laser cutting operations and related technology.
• Maintain 5S standards and contribute to a safe, efficient workspace.
