Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking a seasoned Finishing Grader Operator for regional NSW (Hay area). You will trim and finish road pavements to tight tolerances while guiding teammates to develop capability and achieve work goals.

This in-person role offers a stable permanent full-time pathway with a 9-day fortnight and allowances. The role requires extensive experience in road construction, safe grading plant operation to tight tolerances, and comfort with Topcon GPS.

Qualifications

• Experience in road construction and maintenance with grading and finishing.
• Ability to read levels and perform quality checks to tolerances.
• Comfort with Topcon GPS and precision finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Finish road pavements to tight tolerances as part of a grading team.
• Guide and support team members to achieve work goals on site.
