The Signal Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assembly and Dispatch Assistant to join our operations team and support the assembly of name badges, awards, trophies and neoprene products. You will handle on-time packing, invoicing and dispatch documentation while learning ordering and dispatch software and guiding peers to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

• Proficient with ordering and dispatch software.
• Clear email communication and request management.

• Experience in assembly, packing, or dispatch roles is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble name badges, awards, trophies & neoprene products.
• On-time and accurate packing, assembly and shipping of orders.
• Invoicing and dispatch documentation.
• Provide guidance to peers, managing workload and flow.
• Prioritise activities based on deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support other departments as needed.
