The Signal Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assembly and Dispatch Assistant to join our operations team and support the assembly of name badges, awards, trophies and neoprene products. You will handle on-time packing, invoicing and dispatch documentation while learning ordering and dispatch software and guiding peers to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you will be responsible for the assembling of name badges, awards, trophies & neoprene products. Most of the work centres around name badge assembly executing consistent repeat processes that require a high attention to detail.

This role also involves order assembly, order picking & dispatch. Being comfortable with inventory and ordering systems, customer e-mails and shipping & dispatch. This role will also be required to provide supervision and guidance to peers in the dispatch and assembly team.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Assemble name badges, awards, trophies & neoprene products.
• On time & accurate packing, assembly & shipping of orders.
• Invoicing & dispatch documentation.
• Providing guidance to peers, managing workload & flow and some coaching and supervision capability.
• The ability to prioritise activities based on deadlines and due dates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
• Provide assistance in other departments as needed, based on skills and experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and quality control

YOUR BACKGROUND
