Aerotek is hiring Aerospace Painters and Finishing Technicians in Redmond, WA for multiple openings. You will work with small, high‑precision components, applying paints and finishes, and reading blueprints in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Opportunities exist for both experienced painters and entry‑level candidates to develop aerospace finishing skills, with on‑site training and safety emphasis. Roles are contract‑to‑hire, with first and second shifts available and a willingness to learn

Aerospace Painter / Finishing Technician

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 5:30AM-2:00PM, Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:30PM-11:00PM, Monday-Friday
• Voluntary Saturday Overtime Available

In this role, you’ll work with small, high‑precision components in a quality‑focused manufacturing environment where attention to detail, steady hands, and craftsmanship are highly valued. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Entry‑Level Candidates

• Experience in painting, detailing, finishing, cosmetics, nail technology, screen printing, crafting, assembly, or other precision‑based work
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn production processes and blueprint interpretation

Experienced Candidates

• Previous experience as an Aerospace Painter, Automotive Painter, Industrial Painter, Production Painter, Powder Coater, Auto Body Technician, Cabinet Painter, or Finisher
• Experience with HVLP spray equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or regulated environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
