Job summary

Pickerings Auto Group in Regional North Queensland is seeking an experienced Pre-Delivery Operations Manager to lead the daily vehicle preparation process and ensure delivery targets and quality standards are met.

The role oversees technicians and detailers, coordinates PDI, inspections, detailing and accessories, and collaborates with Sales, Service and Parts to deliver a high-performing team. Join a growing dealership with a newly built Pre-Delivery Centre and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Experience leading a Pre-Delivery/Service team a plus.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and deadlines.

As the Pre-Delivery Operations Manager you will be managing the pre-delivery service delivery that will meet the monthly business sales requirements.

The role is Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities

Lead technicians and detailers
