Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in pre-construction, project management or estimating in commercial construction.
• Experience coordinating plumbing and electrical services on commercial projects.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural, services and shop drawings.
• Experience managing supplier quotations and technical submissions.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and estimating activities to align scope and budget.
• Finalise designs with clients and architects while preserving appearance and function.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to protect margins.
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations and negotiate inclusions.
• Support tender strategy and final negotiations with sales and estimating teams.
• Coordinate plumbing, electrical and lighting to ensure site integration.
• Review drawings to identify and resolve issues before production.
• Manage project meetings, submissions, RFIs and variations.
• Maintain clear client communication and hand over to production and installation.
• Track estimated and final project margins.
