Job summary

es.au is seeking a Building Designer to join our commercial and industrial division in NSW. You will work on a variety of projects from concept to construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and consultants.

The role requires at least 3 years' design and drafting, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of Australian standards. Proficiency in Revit is essential; White Card holders are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with industry consultants.
• Knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards.
• Proven ability to deliver design on time and on budget.
• Understanding of the building construction process.
• Experience with design and drafting in commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce concept to detailed drawings for DA/CDC/CC packages.
• Coordinate with engineers and other professionals.
• Prepare documentation for approvals with authorities.
• Respond to RFI's and provide drawing details during construction.
• Attend client and consultant meetings.
