Job summary

Built, based in Perth, leads tenders and pre-construction work from the front end, partnering with estimating, design, and delivery teams. The role focuses on securing high-quality projects by shaping solutions and managing client relationships throughout the bid process.

You will drive bid strategy, pricing refinement, and commercial negotiation while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are commercially sound and delivered successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven track record in pre-construction, tendering or senior project leadership.
• Demonstrated success in leading tenders and securing major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering and pre-construction activities to ensure commercial soundness and strategic alignment.
• Develop winning bid strategies with estimators to refine pricing and competitiveness.
• Engage with clients, consultants and stakeholders to build relationships and secure opportunities.
• Identify risks early and implement smart construction methodologies for viability and delivery.
• Support commercial strategies including value engineering and contract negotiations.
