Job summary

PRP Diagnostic Imaging in Sydney's Hornsby area is seeking a patient-facing administrator for a permanent part-time role. You will manage first contact, deliver exceptional patient service, and support billing, scheduling, and data entry.

Based primarily at Hornsby with rotation to Gordon, you will collaborate with medical teams to ensure smooth transitions from reception to procedures, while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards. Prior healthcare exposure is advantageous.

About the Position

Predominately based at our Hornsby practices with rotation to the our Gordon practice, in this critical patient facing position, you will be responsible for managing the important first contact in person and over the phone. You will provide exceptional customer service and administration. You will ensure that all information that is data entered and reviewed is accurate and work closely with our medical teams to ensure the smooth transition of patients from reception to their procedure. You will complete all billing and invoicing for our patients, liaise with referring doctors and operate our booking system.

About You

You must have outstanding customer services with excellent interpersonal skills particularly with requires to empathy and compassion. You will be knowledgeable in MS Office with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to multi-task in busy environment. You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive team and work autonomously. Experience in the patient facing position in the medical industry advantegous, but no essential.
