Job summary

PRP Diagnostic Imaging – Frenchs Forest NSW is seeking a Casual Practice Receptionist to join our Northern Beaches practices in Dee Why, Frenchs Forest and Warriewood. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling in‑person and phone inquiries and guiding patients through the workflow.

You should have outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi‑task in a busy environment, and a commitment to confidentiality.

About the Position

Our Northern Beaches practices are located in Dee Why, Frenchs Forest & Warriewood and offers a wide range of imaging services including CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and X-Ray. You will be required to work across all practices and be responsible for managing the important first contact with our patients both in person and over the phone. You will provide exceptional customer service and administration. You will ensure that all information that is data entered and reviewed is accurate and work closely with our medical teams to ensure the smooth transition of patients from reception to their procedure. You will complete all billing and invoicing for our patients, liaise with referring doctors and operate our booking system.

About You

You must have outstanding customer services with excellent interpersonal skills particularly with requires to empathy and compassion. You will be knowledgeable in MS Office with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to multi-task in busy environment. You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive team and work autonomously.
