PRP Diagnostic Imaging in Sydney's Eastwood practice is seeking a patient‑facing receptionist to provide outstanding customer service and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors, ensure smooth reception, data entry, and accurate information flow to our medical team.
You will manage billing and invoicing, liaise with referring doctors, and operate the booking system.

You will be based at our Eastwood practice that offers a range of Diagnostic Imaging services including general X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound and PET. You will be the first contact with our patients both in person and over the phone,provide exceptional customer service and administration. You will ensure that all information that is data entered and reviewed is accurate and work closely with our medical teams to ensure the smooth transition of patients from reception to their exams. You will complete all billing and invoicing for our patients, liaise with referring doctors and operate our booking system.
You must have outstanding customer services with excellent interpersonal skills, particularly compassion and empathy. You will be knowledgeable in MS Office with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to multi-task in a busy environment. You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive team and work autonomously. You will be ambitious and thrive in an environment where you will be challenged.
