RSM Australia is seeking an experienced Practice Support Manager to join our Business Advisory team in Perth. This role partners with Partners and senior leaders to oversee day-to-day operations, workflow, finance, and people initiatives, ensuring efficient delivery and exceptional client experiences.

The successful candidate will bring proven practice management experience, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative approach to coordinating teams and processes across the practice.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in practice management, operations, business management or a similar role.
• Experience within accounting, professional services or client-focused environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgeting, billing, WIP and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Partners and senior leaders to support day-to-day operations of the Business Advisory practice.
• Coordinate workflows, resourcing and priorities across the team.
• Support financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, billing, WIP and debtor management.
• Monitor practice metrics and provide insights to Partners and senior stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and people initiatives.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Ensure high-quality client administration and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems.
• Coordinate operational projects and initiatives across the team.
• Contribute to practice planning and growth initiatives.
