RSM Australia in Perth is seeking an experienced Associate Adviser to join our growing Financial Services team. This role focuses on technical excellence, high-quality advisory work, and long-term professional development.

You will provide one-on-one support to a Senior Financial Adviser, research and prepare recommendations, and contribute to advice development while navigating a changing regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of the Financial Planning industry.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one support to a Senior Financial Adviser.
• Research and prepare recommendations containing complex financial planning strategies, investment advice and personal insurance advice
• Projects relating to advice development
• Provide financial advisers with technical support within a changing legislative landscape
• Attend client meetings, attend to meeting notes and delegate tasks
• Ensure client service standards are met
