Qualifications

• Operational management experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and supervision abilities
• Knowledge of governance, data protection and information governance
• Experience with HR administration and staff development
• Awareness of health & safety and CQC requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the surgery and IT systems
• Lead facilities management, maintenance coordination and contractor oversight
• Supervise staff and provide HR administration support
• Maintain governance, compliance records and data protection processes
• Support Health & Safety and safeguarding initiatives
• Deputise for the Practice Manager as required
• Monitor finance, KPIs and patient experience initiatives
