Job summary

UFS Healthcare is seeking experienced Practice Nurses to join our Ballarat medical sites. You will provide clinical services alongside GPs, support patient care, triage, chronic disease management and health promotion in a friendly, values-driven team.

You must hold Division 1 RN with current AHPRA registration and have at least one year of post-graduate nursing experience, preferably in primary care. We value confidentiality and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Division 1 RN with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of one year post-graduate nursing experience.
• Experience in primary healthcare or general practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in collaboration with GPs and health professionals.
• Support patient care through triage, care planning, wound management and health screening.
• Contribute to quality improvement, compliance and efficient daily practice operations.
• Educate patients and manage recall/register systems for health promotion.
