The role requires current AHPRA registration, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team. Experience in chronic disease management and health assessments is advantageous, with mentorship and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Experience in General Practice or primary health settings is preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care in a General Practice setting.
• Assist with immunisations, wound care, and procedure support.
• Support chronic disease management and health assessments.
