UFS Healthcare is seeking experienced Practice Nurses to join our Ballarat medical sites. You will provide clinical services alongside GPs, support patient care, triage, chronic disease management and health promotion in a friendly, values-driven team.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Practice Nurses to join our UFS Medical team across our Ballarat medical sites.
As a Practice Nurse, you will provide clinical services to practice patients in collaboration with GPs and other healthcare professionals. You will support patient care through clinical and administrative activities, including triage, care planning, chronic disease management, wound management, health screening, preventative procedures, patient education, recall and register systems, and health promotion. You will also contribute to quality improvement, compliance and efficient daily practice operations.
We currently have the following permanent part-time shift vacancies across our medical sites:
Tuesdays 9 – 5:30pm
Fridays 9 – 5:30pm (x 2 shifts)
To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified Division 1 Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration, professional indemnity cover and relevant experience in a primary healthcare or general practice environment. You will also bring:
