Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a dedicated Full-time Practice Nurse Manager to join our Narellan practice in New South Wales. You will lead a team of nurses, oversee clinical procedures, and work with the Practice Manager to maintain efficient operations and high standards of patient care.

You will mentor staff, support health assessments, and ensure the treatment room runs smoothly with adequate staffing. A personable approach and strong communication are essential to deliver outstanding service to

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership and Management experience.
• Registered Nurses with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for people and a personable approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and effective management to a team of Nurses
• Ensure patient care is provided efficiently and effectively by managing varied clinical procedures as necessary
• Coach, train, and mentor the team, so that they can deliver the best clinical outcomes to all patients
• Maintain the Treatment Room and ensure it is being run efficiently with appropriate staff numbers, following best practice procedures
• Assist the GP with conducting health assessments, GP management plans and reviews
• Work alongside the Practice Manager to understand the levers of profit and loss within the practice and manage their teams accordingly

The Role

We are looking for a Full-time Practice Nurse Manager to join our Narellan practice to provide leadership and operational management to a team of Nurses, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
