Job summary

ForHealth is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse Manager for our Ballarat Medical Centre, a permanent full-time leadership role. You will lead and support the nursing team, oversee day-to-day treatment room operations, and collaborate with the Practice Manager to uphold high standards of care and efficient practice flow.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Practice Nurse Manager to join our Ballarat Medical Centre in a permanent full-time position.

This hands-on leadership role will see you manage and support a team of nurses while overseeing the efficient day-to-day operation of the treatment room. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you’ll develop clinical staff, maintain high standards of care and ensure patients consistently receive safe, efficient and compassionate healthcare.
