Job summary

HealthcareLink Trust is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse for a permanent full-time role in Milsons Point, Sydney NSW. You will support GPs and contribute to daily clinical operations in a modern medical centre.

Key duties include immunisations, chronic disease management, health assessments, wound care, minor procedures, ECGs, and education. Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration and ideally have general practice experience.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse required.
• General practice experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and organisational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Immunisations and vaccine cold chain management.
• Chronic disease management and care plans.
• Health assessments including 75+ health checks.
• Wound care and dressings.
• Assisting with minor procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys working in a collaborative general practice environment. You will support our GPs and contribute to the smooth day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
