Job summary

Junee Medical Centre in New South Wales invites a compassionate Practice Nurse to join our busy GP clinic. You will deliver high-quality patient care across chronic disease management, health assessments, immunisations, wound care and minor procedures.

You must be an AHPRA-registered nurse with General Practice experience, strong clinical and computer skills (Best Practice), and a current CPR certificate. Flexible hours (minimum two days per week) with potential for full-time work.

Practice Nurse – Join Our Caring & Supportive GP Team

We are seeking a compassionate, professional and motivated Practice Nurse to join our busy and well-established GP clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that genuinely values high-quality patient care, teamwork and community connection.

Our clinic provides comprehensive primary healthcare to a diverse patient population, and we are looking for a registered nurse who is passionate about making a positive difference in patients' lives every day.

About the Role

The successful applicant will work closely with our GPs fellow nurses and administration team to provide exceptional clinical care and support across a range of nursing duties, including:

• Chronic disease management
• Health assessments and care planning
• Immunisations and cold chain management
• Wound care and procedures
• Assisting with minor procedures
• Care coordination and patient education
• Triage and clinical support
• Infection control and accreditation activities

Essential Requirements
