Job summary

World Wellness Group Ltd invites a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our Woolloongabba, QLD clinic. This full-time role involves hands-on nursing, supporting daily operations, and implementing health promotion initiatives in a collaborative, multicultural team.

Key responsibilities include patient care, clinical workflow management, meticulous record-keeping, and contributing to policy improvements in a bulk-billing GP setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in general practice or primary healthcare.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care and support to patients, including administering treatments and assisting with minor procedures.
• Coordinating and managing the practice's clinical workflow and patient flow.
• Assisting with health promotion and disease prevention programs.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in line with medical/legal requirements.

World Wellness Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic multicultural team in Woolloongabba, QLD. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our medical clinic. What you'll be doing

• Providing nursing care and support to patients from diverse multicultural backgrounds, including administering treatments, conducting health assessments, and assisting with minor procedures
• Coordinating and managing the practice's clinical workflow, ensuring efficient patient flow and timely service delivery
• Assisting with the implementation of health promotion and disease prevention programs
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with medical and legal requirements
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary clinic team, as well as the broader WWG wraparound care support teams, to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of practice policies, procedures, and protocols

What we're looking for
